Resilient and Martial Arts

A programme that merges the physical and philosophical aspects of the martial arts with non-physical disciplines to create a transformative experience. By incorporating elements such as Kata (forms), meditation, mentoring, and life coaching, it equips young people and vulnerable adults with the tools to build resilience, confidence, and well-being.

A programme designed to support young people by providing practical skills in everyday cookery, nutritional knowledge, and fostering a healthier relationship with food. Through twice-weekly sessions, participants will develop resilience, confidence, and life skills that support their mental and physical well- being and future aspirations.

Managing Your Money

A programme that supports building skills and confidence to manage money. Evaluate circumstances to make informed decisions, and plan for a stable financial future. Importantly starting with what they have, not what they wish they had. The objective of the Financial Programme is to equip young people, with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to manage their finances effectively. Offering practical, real-life financial education, providing participants the confidence to make informed decisions about budgeting, saving, banking, managing debt, and planning for their financial future.
